These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and use of tour,
travel, transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and other
travel-related services provided by
Marvella Tours & Travells
("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By making a booking or availing of our services, the customer
("Customer", "you", or "your") acknowledges that they have read,
understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by
Marvella Tours & Travells.

A booking shall be considered confirmed only after the required
advance payment has been received and confirmation has been
issued by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking
where availability is not confirmed, required information is
incomplete, or payment is not received within the specified
time.

The Customer must provide accurate information, including names,
dates of birth, identification details, contact information,
travel dates, and other details required for the booking.

Any additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete
information provided by the Customer shall be borne by the
Customer.
2. Payments
-
The Customer shall pay the booking amount according to the
payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.

Any balance payment must be made within the deadline specified
by the Company.
-
If the balance payment is not received by the due date, the
Company may cancel the booking and applicable cancellation
charges may be imposed.
-
Prices quoted at the time of enquiry may change until the
booking is confirmed and payment is received.
-
Prices may be affected by changes in transportation fares,
fuel prices, hotel rates, taxes, government charges, exchange
rates, or other supplier costs.
3. Tour Package Inclusions and Exclusions
The services included in the tour package shall be as specifically
mentioned in the quotation, itinerary, invoice, or booking
confirmation.
Unless specifically stated, the following are generally excluded:
- Personal expenses
- Meals and beverages not mentioned in the itinerary
- Travel insurance
- Visa and passport charges
- Entry fees not specifically mentioned
- Camera/video charges
- Tips and gratuities
- Laundry expenses
- Room service
- Additional transportation

Expenses arising from delays, natural disasters, strikes,
or circumstances beyond the Company's control
- Any other service not expressly mentioned as included
Customers are advised to carefully review the itinerary and
inclusions before making payment.
4. Hotel Accommodation
-
Hotel accommodation shall be provided according to the category
and details mentioned in the booking confirmation.

Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the
respective hotel.
-
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
and may involve additional charges.
-
Hotel room photographs and descriptions provided in brochures,
websites, or promotional material are for general reference
and may vary from the actual room allocated.
-
In exceptional circumstances, the Company may arrange alternative
accommodation of a similar or comparable category.
5. Transportation
-
Transportation shall be provided as specified in the confirmed
itinerary.
-
Vehicle type, seating capacity, and other transportation
arrangements shall depend on the package selected.
-
Vehicle usage shall generally be restricted to the itinerary
and conditions mentioned in the booking confirmation.
-
Any additional usage, route changes, waiting time, additional
sightseeing, or detours requested by the Customer may attract
additional charges.
-
The Customer shall comply with applicable transportation and
safety rules.
6. Itinerary Changes
-
The Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary where
reasonably necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions,
government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions,
hotel availability, safety concerns, or other circumstances
beyond its control.

Where practical, the Company will attempt to provide an
alternative arrangement of a similar nature.
-
Changes requested by the Customer after confirmation may result
in additional charges.
-
The Company shall not be responsible for expenses arising from
changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7. Cancellation by Customer
-
Cancellation requests must be submitted to the Company in
writing.
-
Cancellation charges shall depend on the date of cancellation
and the cancellation policies of hotels, airlines, transport
operators, activity providers, and other suppliers involved in
the booking.
-
Certain bookings may be non-refundable or subject to 100%
cancellation charges.
-
Any refund, where applicable, shall be processed after deduction
of applicable cancellation charges, supplier penalties, taxes,
service charges, and other non-refundable amounts.
-
Processing time for refunds may depend on the relevant supplier
or payment method.
-
No refund shall normally be payable for unused portions of a
tour, including accommodation, transportation, sightseeing,
meals, or other services voluntarily not used by the Customer.
8. Cancellation by the Company
-
The Company may cancel or modify a tour or booking where
circumstances beyond its reasonable control make the performance
of the services impossible, unsafe, or impractical.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, extreme
weather, war, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics/pandemics,
government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other
force majeure events.
-
In such circumstances, the Company will make reasonable efforts
to provide alternative arrangements or process any eligible
refund in accordance with amounts actually recoverable from
suppliers.
9. Force Majeure
Marvella Tours & Travells shall not be liable for any failure,
delay, loss, damage, or additional expense caused by circumstances
beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods, earthquakes, landslides, or severe weather
- War or threat of war
- Terrorism or civil unrest
- Strikes or labour disputes
- Government restrictions
- Road closures
- Flight, train, or transportation cancellations
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Technical failures
- Changes in laws or regulations
- Any other unforeseen event beyond the Company's reasonable control
10. Travel Documents

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that they possess valid
passports, visas, permits, identification documents, and other
documents required for travel.
-
The Company may assist with information or documentation where
such assistance is included in the service, but final
responsibility for the validity and correctness of travel
documents rests with the Customer.
-
The Company shall not be responsible for losses arising from
denied boarding, denied entry, visa rejection, expired
documents, incorrect documents, or immigration issues.
11. Health, Safety and Travel Insurance
-
Customers are responsible for assessing their own health and
fitness for travel and for participating in activities included
in their itinerary.
-
Customers are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel
insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation,
baggage loss, delays, and other travel-related risks.
-
The Company shall not be responsible for medical expenses,
accidents, illness, injury, or loss arising during the tour
except to the extent required under applicable law.
-
Customers should inform the Company of any special requirements,
dietary restrictions, mobility requirements, or other relevant
needs before travel.
12. Personal Belongings and Baggage
-
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings,
baggage, money, jewellery, electronic devices, passports,
and other valuables.
-
The Company shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage
to personal belongings except where liability is imposed by
applicable law.
-
Customers are advised not to leave valuables unattended in
vehicles, hotels, or public places.
13. Customer Conduct
-
Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward Company
representatives, hotel staff, drivers, guides, other travellers,
and local communities.
-
The Company reserves the right to discontinue services for a
Customer whose conduct is abusive, threatening, illegal,
disruptive, or creates a safety risk to themselves or others.
-
No refund shall necessarily be payable where services are
discontinued due to serious misconduct by the Customer.
14. Children and Minors
-
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for children and
minors travelling with them.
-
Age restrictions, child fares, hotel policies, and activity
requirements may vary depending on the service provider.
-
Customers must provide accurate age information when making
a booking.
15. Third-Party Service Providers
-
Marvella Tours & Travells may arrange services through
independent third-party providers, including hotels, airlines,
railways, transport operators, guides, activity providers,
restaurants, and other vendors.
-
Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of the
respective service providers.
-
The Company will make reasonable efforts to select reliable
service providers but shall not be responsible for matters
arising directly from the independent acts or omissions of
third-party suppliers, except to the extent required by
applicable law.
16. Complaints
-
Any complaint regarding a service should be brought to the
Company's attention as soon as reasonably possible so that an
opportunity can be provided to resolve the issue during the trip.

Complaints relating to hotels, transportation, guides, meals,
or other services should, where possible, be reported immediately
to the relevant service provider and the Company representative.
-
Complaints submitted after completion of the tour should be made
in writing within a reasonable period and should include
supporting documents where applicable.
17. Liability
-
The Company shall exercise reasonable care in arranging travel
services.
-
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall
not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from
circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit
any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under
applicable law.
18. Privacy and Customer Information
-
The Company may collect and use customer information necessary
to process bookings and provide travel services.
-
Such information may be shared with hotels, airlines, transport
operators, visa service providers, insurance providers, guides,
or other relevant service providers where necessary to fulfil
the booking.

The Company will handle customer information in accordance with
applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
19. Photographs and Promotional Material
Where permitted by the Customer and applicable law, photographs or
feedback relating to tours may be used by the Company for
promotional purposes.
Customers may contact the Company if they do not wish their
identifiable photographs or testimonials to be used for promotional
purposes.
20. Prices, Taxes and Additional Charges

All prices are subject to the applicable taxes, government
levies, service charges, and supplier charges unless expressly
stated otherwise.

Any newly introduced or increased government taxes, fees,
permits, surcharges, or other mandatory charges after booking
may be payable by the Customer where applicable.

Any additional services requested during the tour shall be
charged separately.
21. Special Requests
Special requests such as specific hotel rooms, adjoining rooms,
dietary requirements, seating preferences, vehicle preferences,
or other arrangements are subject to availability and cannot be
guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted
in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising in connection with the
services provided by Marvella Tours & Travells shall be subject
to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction
over the Company's principal place of business.
23. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking, paying any advance or full amount, or using
the services of Marvella Tours & Travells, the Customer confirms
that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms &
Conditions.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions
from time to time. The terms applicable to a confirmed booking shall
be those communicated to the Customer at the time of confirmation,
subject to applicable law.
