Accommodation: 2 BHK Apartment includes 2 AC Bedrooms + 1 Non-AC Living Room with TV, Refrigerator & Sofa Cum Bed. In 6 Sharing/Economy Sharing, sleeping arrangement may be in AC Bedroom or Non-AC Living Room. Couple & Private 4 Sharing guests will get a separate 2 BHK apartment.
Room Allocation: Rooms will be allotted by the Tour Coordinator/Company. Room changes or separate room requests are subject to availability and extra charges.
Hotel Policy: Room facilities, amenities, Check-in (12:00 PM) and Check-out (10:00 AM) will be as per hotel policy. Early Check-in is chargeable and subject to availability.
Sharing Policy: Male & Female guests will be accommodated separately unless they are family members or couples booked together.
Transport: Vehicle type depends on group size. AC may not work effectively in hilly areas. Delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions or technical issues will not be eligible for refund or compensation.
Local Sightseeing: Sightseeing will be by Non-AC sharing vehicle. Entry tickets, jeep rides and personal expenses are not included unless mentioned.
Food: The company will decide the vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner menu based on hotel/safe availability.
Alcohol & Misconduct: Alcohol, drugs or any misconduct is strictly prohibited. The company may terminate the tour without refund and may take legal action if required.
Health & Fitness: Guests should ensure they are medically fit to travel and must carry their personal medicines, if required.
Itinerary Changes: The itinerary may change due to weather, traffic, road conditions, government restrictions or any unavoidable circumstances. No refund or compensation will be provided for such changes.
Liability: Guests travel at their own risk. The company is not responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstances.
